Economy ends the first phase of testing laboratories resident program


Ramallah Ma’an concluded the unity of the Palestinian dependence on the National Economy Ministry in partnership with the Tunisian Council for the adoption of the first phase of “Building residents of testing and calibration laboratories capabilities in accordance with International Standard ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 for general quality requirements in the testing and calibration laboratories” program.
Qualifying program aims to build the unity of the Palestinian dependence capacity in the Ministry of National Economy to achieve the requirements of regional and international recognition of the activities of credit provided by the unit for the bodies of conformity assessment and specifically testing laboratories and calibration, in order to achieve acceptance of test results issued by accredited laboratories and thus facilitate trade and boost exports Palestinian support for the national product.
This took part in the qualifying program, which was held in the Jordanian capital Amman thirteen specialist in the areas of testing of building materials and construction, and food and calibration finished measurement.
It is worth mentioning that this qualifying program comes in the context of the implementation of the project “Support for the application of the technical requirements in the field dependence of the twinning between the state of Palestine and the Republic of Tunisia and operations of mutual recognition” and is funded by several international organizations, including the Islamic Organization to finance international trade (ITFC) and a trade finance in the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the implementation by the United Nations Industrial development Organization (UNIDO)
